Je account verwijderen

Je verwijdert je account zelf in de app, en anders per mail. Er is geen bedenktijd: weg is weg.

In de app

Instellingen → Profiel → “Delete your account”. De app vraagt het twee keer en doet het dan meteen.

Zonder de app

Kun je niet meer inloggen of heb je de app niet meer? Mail privacy@chessmeoutside.com vanaf het e-mailadres van het account. Binnen een maand is het geregeld, meestal veel sneller.

Wat weggaat

Je account, je e-mailadres en je wachtwoord.
Elke pion die je hebt, en alles wat in je wachtrij staat.
Je vier ratings en je pogingen bij monumenten.
De locatiegegevens die nog van je bewaard worden.

Wat blijft

Monumenten die je hebt veroverd houden de kleur van je factie. De kaart weet niet wie ze vasthield.

Boekhoudkundige of beveiligingslogs die de wet ons laat bewaren, met de termijnen uit het privacybeleid.

Deleting your account

You delete your account yourself in the app, or by mail. There is no grace period: gone is gone.

In the app

Settings → Profile → “Delete your account”. The app asks twice and then does it immediately.

Without the app

Cannot sign in any more, or no longer have the app? Mail privacy@chessmeoutside.com from the account's own address. It is done within a month, usually far sooner.

What goes

Your account, your email and your password.
Every pawn you are holding, and anything saved in your queue.
Your four ratings and your attempts at monuments.
The location data still on file for you.

What stays

Monuments you captured keep your faction's colour. The map does not know who held them.

Security and accounting logs the law lets us keep, for the periods the privacy policy states.
